#1 - Chest Pain and Tightness - sudden chest pain that is so severe it stops you cold could very well mean a heart attack. In addition, pain or pressure in the chest that does not go away could also indicate you are having a heart attack. Never ignore these signs.
#2 - Sweating - this refers to abnormal sweating, such as breaking out in “cold sweats” during rest or when it is cool and your skin turns clammy. This could indicate artery blockage which can lead to heart attack. See a doctor immediately if you have these symptoms.
#3 - Indigestion, Nausea and Vomiting - a sudden onset of heartburn or indigestion could be the first sign of a heart attack. Don't mistake this for simple indigestion or heartburn, even if you have digestive issues already.
#4 - Pain in Other Parts of the Body - heart attack pain can also include pain in the left arm, shoulder, throat, jaw, teeth back and abdomen. If you have any of these symptoms, get to the emergency center for help right away.
