Is It Possible to Lose Weight While You Sleep? Researchers Say YES!
You're probably thinking, "Oh, come on now," but there is no gimmick to losing weight while you sleep. You just need to understand how it works. Basically, it involves not eating anything for 12 hours.

What researchers found about weight loss during sleep

The Salk Institute for Biological Studies, located in La Jolla, California, studies neuroscience, genetics, cell and plant biology to help us better understand cancer, aging, Alzheimer's, diabetes and infectious diseases. A recent study by the Salk Institute discovered that you can lost weight by fasting overnight.

Here's how it works:

We all know that snacking is bad for you, especially when it's done right before bedtime. The key to losing weight while you sleep is to stop eating for 12 hours. This means you must stop eating at 8:00 p.m. if you plan to get up at 8:00 a.m. the next day for breakfast. This doesn't mean you have to sleep 12 hours. It just means you have to stop eating all food for the next 12 hours.

The science behind intermittent fasting

It's called "intermittent fasting" because you only do it at night. Your body burns fat all the time, but fasting for 12 hours while you sleep simply gives the body more time to eat fat. But this doesn't mean you can eat anything. A healthy, balanced diet is still important for maintaining proper weight. In addition, by stopping the foot intake, you are allowing your body to burn fat from the food you have already eaten.

Try it and see if it works for you. No cheating!
